In 1911 the history of the Nappi Company began with a small sorting laboratory
Hazelnuts and fresh fruit and then diversify its production and make new references.

Today we are present, with more than 1000 references, in more than 87 countries of the world and for four generations we produce in our factories products for Ice Cream, Pastry, Yogurt, Confectionery Industry and HO.RE.CA. With three production sites and a total area of 70,000 square meters of which 38,000 square meters are covered.

The Nappi is constantly growing to better face the complex demands of the global market in which it operates, as a function of an eco-sustainable economy through installations of photovoltaic systems, thermal generators and a biomass cogeneration plant that allow the reduction of CO2 emissions.

Our story.

Over the last few years the company has developed an even wider range of products, it is surrounded by professional figures in the sector, such as pastry chefs and chefs ice cream makers, setting up a real school of ice cream, also with partnerships very important with suppliers of machinery and systems for ice cream and pastry. The company’s constant objective is to create professional products of certified quality and constantly guaranteed by a highly specialized staff working in internal laboratories of analysis, research and development.

The International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi), which has awarded the highest quality certification, evaluated by the most qualified jury in the world, composed of 130 Michelin-starred Chefs from over 16 different nations, awarded the coveted 3-star rating (the maximum obtainable) to Amarena, Nappirock and PastaNocciola, moreover, for the third consecutive year to the Variegati Pistachio Crunch and Variegato Albicocca del Vesuvio, thus conferring the prestigious Crystal Award.

The efforts and the commitment to the realization of an ever higher quality, and the objectives that over time were gradually achieved with the most advanced production technologies and the highest control systems, allowed, with pride, the achievement of the most sought quality certifications.
