NAPPI 1911, a historic Italian producer of ingredients and semi-finished products for the confectionery industry, ice cream and pastry shops, is looking for an expert Key Account Manager to join the sales team for the confectionery industry.

PROFILE

⮞ Experience in the food industry with Quality Control Department

⮞ Strong cross-functional relationship management (i.e. Production, R&D, Sales, Warehousing, …).

⮞ Fair knowledge of English

⮞ Degree in Food Technology, or similar

⮞ Age between 25-30

ACQUIRED SKILLS  

⮞ Knowledge of sampling procedures, the main analysis techniques of both raw materials and packaging, semi-finished and finished products and good hands-on laboratory experience

⮞ Ability to manage the documentation covering Quality System and implementation

⮞Ability to manage the procedures related to “non-conformity”, and related solutions

⮞ Customer complaint management

⮞ Audit Support
